"The River In Us" is a photographic documentary project on the Colorado River, Cataract Canyon, rafting trip to photograph US Veterans dealing with PTSD and addiction on a journey of self discovery. Through emotional and physical challenges, those involved had the opportunity to learn, grow, and acquire tools for recovery. These portraits are from that project.
